“We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never meant to.” - Brene Brown

I work with adult individuals only. My areas of speciality include trauma and first responders. I primarily see first responders directly, but I also work with many family members of first responders (spouses, siblings, children of adult age, etc.)

I also work with several clients who are not first responders or a family member, but still want to work through trauma. Please contact me to see if we’d be a good fit.

Treatment specific to you

Each person brings their own unique experiences, concerns, and beliefs to therapy. Everyone is different. My approach is allowing you to be in control of the process, going at the pace you’re comfortable with. I provide support, guidance, and empowerment. Counseling is a collaborative process. I’m not going to tell you what to do. The process that unfolds is working together to gain insight, learn about yourself (as well as physiological processes, brain and nervous system function), process through past trauma, and learn new resiliency skills that you can take with you outside of the session.
